Data Deletion Instructions

You may request deletion of personal data and integration data associated with your Pro Plugg account at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Revoke Pro Plugg access in the source platform's integration settings, when available.
  2. Email privacy@proplugg.com from the address associated with your Pro Plugg account.
  3. Use the subject Data Deletion Request and include your company or workspace name and the connected platform, such as Facebook or Instagram.
  4. Respond to any information request needed to verify account ownership. Never send your password, access token, or other credentials.

What happens next

We will acknowledge your request and complete deletion within 30 days. Pro Plugg-held OAuth tokens, account identifiers, integration configuration, and cached operational records associated with the verified account will be deleted or irreversibly anonymized. A confirmation will be sent to the email address used for the request.

Required retention

We may retain only records strictly necessary to meet legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention obligations for the period required by applicable law.
